Yes. There is no fee for crafting your itinerary. We earn through the partners we book with — hotels, drivers, activity providers — so you get a tailored plan at no extra cost. You only pay for the bookings you approve.
For the bookings you confirm, most partners accept bank transfer and cash. Some accept cards or PayPal (with a small conversion fee). We will tell you upfront what each part of your trip accepts.
Absolutely. We share a WhatsApp number with every traveller. Weather reshuffles, a last-minute spa booking, an extra day in Ubud — just message us. Our team is on the ground and reachable while you are here.
Cancellation terms depend on each hotel, driver, or activity provider — we will share them with each booking. As a rule, free cancellations are usually possible up to 24–72 hours before, depending on the partner.
